Chimmi-Churri Mixed Grill
Use flank steak, pork chops, Italian suasages, chicken
or any grilling meat of your choice. Wash meat under
cool water and pat dry. Marinate 2-3 hours in enough
Chimmi-Churri to coat well [flip meat in sauce
at least once to ensure even marinating].
Preheat grill to HOT. Place grilling meats on grill
[skin side down] and reduce heat to MEDIUM. If using
a charcoal grill, use a spray bottle of water to tame
yellow flames or move meat around to avoid fire directly
licking the meat. Sprinkle and baste with Chimmi-Churri
as you grill. When desired doneness is reached,
remove meat and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes. Salt
and pepper to taste.
Serve on a large platter surrounded by Chimmi-Churri
